又來了！川普：9月1日起對3,000億美元陸貨加徵10%關稅
在美中貿易磋商破局後，美國總統川普（Trump）表示，9月1日起將對其他還沒被加徵關稅、價值3,000億美元的中國產品加徵10%關稅。
目前已有2,500億美元的中國輸美產品遭加徵25%關稅。
消息傳出後，美股道瓊工業指數在1日早盤的約300點漲點全數回吐，由紅翻黑，轉為下跌約40點，
各類股普遍走低，卡特彼勒、Nike、蘋果重摔，收盤下跌280.85點，至26,583.42點，跌幅1%，為連續三個交易日收低。蘋果跌2.2%。（

標普500指數由漲轉跌，下跌0.9%，連續四日走低。周三和周四累計下跌2%，是5月13日以來最大兩日跌幅。銀行股領跌，美國銀行創兩個多月最大跌幅。
科技股集中的那斯達克綜合指數下跌64.3點，至8111.12點，跌幅0.8%。

川普在推特發表推文指出，美國將從9月1日起對其他3,000億美元的中國輸美商品與產品，加徵「小幅」的10%關稅，這沒算進已被加徵25%關稅的2,500億美元中國產品。美國財長米努勤與貿易代表賴海哲本周在上海舉行貿易磋商，但未取得進展便回國。美中貿易談判從5月以來就陷入僵局。
